Postage to all UK addresses is free, by first class recorded delivery.

There is a £3.00 charge for air mail delivery to overseas addresses. Please purchase the overseas postage option here. There will only be one £3.00 charge for as many purchases as you wish to make.

I always aim to post stock items within 24 hours of receiving payment. I will advise how long a commission is likely to take when I accept the order, but it should usually be within two weeks.

Payment through the shopping cart facility is by Paypal in sterling. You don't need to have a paypal account in order to use this payment method, any major credit or debit card is all you need. Simply click the Add to Cart button and you will be guided through the secure payment process.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and return the item in unworn condition within 7 days for a refund. I regret that I cannot accept returns on earrings.

I always take great care to pack securely, but if your jewellery or gift should arrive damaged, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can arrange your return for repair or replacement.
